Pom is a friend’s sister…
Pom is a smart pretty young girl who has everything going for her…
Why then is Pom so bothered with what I think of a moment of her life captured in celluloid…?
Because Pom is as vain as I and u are, of course…

cannot bear too much of reality

the author of the previous comment hasnt revealed his/her identity. but he/she seems to be a dreamy soul.true, people who cannot bear to face reality arent too many but all of them are kindred souls, including the author of the comment and ur friend, pom, i guess.
i remember you saying that only ugly people put up their childhood pics because then is when they think they looked the best.
my sis is very pretty but she too probably thinks that that pic of her was probably the best and most innocent pic of herself.
and thus her reaction....

uff m a bit tiered.
When I got involved in the hobby of photography. I soon relized that no one wanted to see ugly pictures of themselves. So I'd take 48 pictures of someone & throw 45 away.
Right now I'm doing head shots to print in the program of a local theatre Group. Easy stuff, but I have to take 3 shots of each person, so I can throw 2 of them away. (& this is for a 2inch picture)
People are vain when it comes to photos.
Here, we have photographers that take pictures called 'Glamour Shots'. They dress people up in fancey garb & put lots of make-up on them, try to make them look like movie stars. It's very fake, but people love it & pay for it.
